ADM FOODS incorporating ADM SEAFOODS started out as a quality fish retailer in Hertfordshire re-locating to Erith in 2007, where the company has become mainly a wholesaler to the catering industry.ADM still serve Convenience stores and Mini-Markets with fresh and frozen fish.  With the diminishing UK fishing fleet and the shrinking fish market , it is often difficult to find quality fish at a reasonable price. As a result, ADM SEAFOOD would like to offer you high quality prepared wet fish with next day delivery*. With over 25 years in the fish trade, we know about quality fish and who supplies the best. You can save yourself considerable time and money by entrusting us with your order. We're still here after years of trauma in the fish trade. How have we done that ? We provide a trusted, quality fish monger service to national traders and local customers.

Although our supplies are subject to availablity, we will do our best to provide you with the high quality fish at a reasonable price. We can supply almost all types of fish from Sea Bass or Skate to Monk Fish or Salmon (when in season) to Scallops or Mussels.. We can prepare it to yourspecific requirements , the more notice you can allow us, the better your chance of getting the fish you want, when you want it, at a price you can afford.
Fish and shellfish are purchased daily from ports around the UK and throughout Europe. These stocks are despatched overnight from ports in temperature-controlled vehicles for processing and distribution. All deliveries are carried out using temperature controlled vehicles, including our dual fridge / freezer vans. All fresh fish etc leaves properly iced and packed to ensure consistent quality ever time. Processing of fish and making up of orders goes on throughout the night for delivery next day. We also buy daily from Billingsgate fish market to supplement fish purchased from coastal ports and to take advantage of special buys in the UK's leading fish market. All suppliers are carefully selected and approved to ensure ADM SEAFOODS obtain the best quality and customers may be assured that all products live and frozen are stored and transported with due care.
Our team have over 25 years experience in the fish trade, and know how to prepare the products to extremely high standards. Please ask to speak to our prep room manger if you have any special requirements.All our staff have Basic Food Hygiene Certificates, and we adhere to current British and European Legislation with regard to the safe handling, preparation and storage of fish and shellfish. Surfaces are regularly swabbed for bacteria and meticulous records kept which are available for inspection by our customers and the relevant Government bodies.
